This particular boat is a very well presented 1970 vessel powered by a well maintained serviced and apparently very well running Watermota Seawolf engine. The current owners of the last 13 years have meticulously maintained and looked after this very smart vessel and it is very evident. Her woodwork is in very good order and her fixtures and fittings have been kept as original as possible and in good working order. She was last antifouled in November 2024 and serviced in May 2026 and her boat safety certificate has just been renewed for another 4 years to 2030. She has a mew canopy in 2025 a new cooker in 2015, new curtains in 2026 and new foam for her cushions. The well-equipped galley features smart hardwood units crafted from reclaimed furniture, giving the space a distinctive and individual finish. Appliances include a gas oven and hob, an integrated fridge and a washing machine fitted beneath the counter. Additional storage is arranged neatly against the bulkhead. Beyond the galley is a generous open living area with comfortable seating and a solid-fuel stove, creating a warm and welcoming space in which to relax. A large skylight floods the interior with natural light, while the opening side hatch provides additional light, fresh air and a connection with the waterside surroundings. Diesel-fired central heating supplies radiators throughout the boat for year-round comfort. The Victorian-inspired bathroom is particularly attractive, with a roll-top bath, overhead shower and characterful fittings. It is currently equipped with a composting toilet, although a holding tank remains in place and the electric-flush toilet is still aboard, allowing it to be reinstated if preferred.
