This Mariner 35 Sedan can be boarded from the swim platform through a hinged transom door or by stepping over the bulwarks onto the covered side decks which run from the cockpit to the foredeck on the port and starboard side.

The cockpit is covered and can be fully enclosed with a cockpit enclosure with sliding polycarbonate windows.

A sliding companionway door opens to provide access from the cockpit to the salon and the interior of the vessel. The salon is laid out with an L-shaped settee to port with seating for four. The settee is also convertible to a double berth for accommodating guests. Opposite the settee is a seating area which also converts to a single berth.

The galley is L-shaped with granite countertops and is located just forward of the settee. The galley has good storage above and below the countertop. Installed appliances consist of a 3-burner Eno propane cooktop, a Farberware microwave / convection oven / air fryer, and an Isotherm fridge / freezer combo. A very nice pull out bar with glass and bottle storage is built into the cabinet beneath the helm seat opposite the galley.

Broker's Comments

The Anacortes slip that this 2010 Mariner Seville is moored in is available for purchase with the boat, if desired. Inquire for more information.

This 2010 Mariner Seville 35 features walk around side decks and a sedan / Europa layout with a single level cockpit, saloon, and helm station. A master cabin is forward, and features separate ensuite head and shower compartments. There are also convertible berths in the salon.

The cockpit on this vessel is well-sized and is fully enclosed with a high quality cockpit enclosure with panels that slide, making it easy to open or enclose. From the cockpit, stairs lead up to the flybridge and a hinged transom door leads to the swim step where a 9 ft aluminum hulled RIB is carried.

The Flag Blue Awlgrip hull, white gelcoat superstructure, and pleasing lines make for a striking appearance. The exterior is in very good condition and the sellers report that they have had the boat professionally washed / waxed / dove during their twelve years of ownership -- and it shows! The interior, likewise is in very good condition, with exceptional carpentry and joinery. The sellers laid rugs over the teak and holly sole during their ownership to protect the decks -- and the woodwork is beautiful.

This vessel boasts a number of thoughtful upgrades and features that should appeal to cruisers of all types:

*Full suite of navigation electronics that have been updated over the years (Radar, Plotter, Sounder, AIS, Forward Looking Sonar, AIS, etc)
*Wallas DT-30 diesel heater for cabin heating
*FCF 12000 reverse cycle for cooling or heating
*Onan 5kw generator in the lazarette
*320 watts solar
*660 AH House battery bank (replaced 2025) w/ Magnum 2800 watt inverter charger
*Cummins 5.9 425 engine (2600 hours)
*Powerful Lewmar 8 HP bowthruster
*Aquamarine watermaker
*Custom cockpit enclosure and matching bimini topside, with shareable shade panels
*Titan 9 ft aluminum hull tender on a transom davit with Torqeedo electric outboard and two batteries
*Stout but lightweight Radar mast that folds down easily
*Extensive inventory of spares and equipment are included

The Mariner Seville 35 Sedan is a predecessor to the Helmsman Trawlers 37 Sedan, and was built at the same yard. The Mariner 35 and the Helmsman 37 Sedan are built on the same hull, but with some differences to the interior and exterior layout. Unlike the Helmsman Trawlers pilothouse designs, this vessel offers the covered walk around side decks.

This is a well- updated, equipped & maintained vessel that is in cruise-ready condition that is ideally suited for a couple looking for safe and comfortable cruising.

Those considering a Helmsman Trawlers 37 or 38 Sedan, but at a lower price point, should take a close look at this opportunity.
