Broker's Comments

Here we have a tidy example of the popular Macgregor 26X lifting keel sailing and power cruiser.
This particular example has only had the one owner of the last 29 years from new. She is well presented and in original gelcoat and represents a good value sailing / motoring vessel. She has all her original sails which are stated as in good order by the vendor and a 2013 Honda 50hp outboard motor that is serviced and starts and runs very nicely indeed. She can sleep up to 6 in 3 doubles and her convertible saloon is a flexible section of the vessel giving several usage options. The small galley has a single spirit stove fitted and ample storage. She has no trailer.
Her cockpit upholstery is all in good order and she has a central helm seat fitted.
She appears to be in generally very good order with just a couple of set coverings needing either removing and full cleaning or replacing. The main saloon seating in in excellent order. She has two recent batteries and a spare fuel tank for reserve fuel. She has a porta pottie in the heads compartment and a manual cold water system. These lifting keel boats have a great following and this appears to be every bit a tidy one owner example.

She was last out of the water and antifouled in march 2026
Her boat safety certificate runs to 2030 and he broads toll is all paid to March 2027
Her mooring in Barton Turf could be available to the new owner by agreement with the marina.
