Here we have an imposing steel De Groot 45 - she comes with stacks of accommodation and upper deck space, which should allow flexibility of use and room for lots of people!
Her aft deck, along with the upper steering position point to a lovely outdoor lifestyle - access to the sea via her swim platform will really help too.
Don't below, she has a tonne of accommodation and acres of space - a huge aft cabin with its own en suite, plentiful saloon and relaxation space and a huge galley, all finished off with a good sized twin forward cabin and day head.
There really is a lot of room on this boat and even some spare space - most unusual!
It's plain to see that she needs a lot of work, but with some investment and elbow grease, then she could become any one of a number of applications.
