Broker's Comments
1976 Cornish Crabber completely re built during 2023 to 2026.
She was taken back to a bare hull (including decks) and completely re built using marine ply (sheathed in glass fiber) for the decks and Iroko on the exterior and Mahogany internally.
The rigging and running rigging was also replaced along with fitting a new stainless steel chain plate and new rudder stock.
The only original part of this boat other than the hull itself is a wooden trim which fits across the top of the transom.
So as well as being a virtually new boat in 2026 she was fitted with an electric propulsion system (E163) and a battery pod 6 drive which uses a brushless motor.
The battery life from the 72v battery at 4 knotts is 15 hours. There is a control panel which shows range, battery life and speed etc sited at the chart table along with VHF (DSC) Radio and depth sounder.
The 12v system is powered by 2 12v lead acid batteries charged by an 80w solar panel.
She was surveyed and valued in March 2026 with the surveyor describing her as a 1976/2026 model.
There is also a purpose built 4 wheel braked trailer with new tyres all round available by separate negotiation.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
