Broker's Comments
Ex-hire Bounty 37 located in Loddon, Norfolk.
The mooring could be made available to the new owner if required.
Internally she presents well and has been internally painted and improved by the current owner and is a warn dry and has been set up as cosy floating home.
She has been used her as a liveaboard before the current owner bought her last year and the current owner did the same with her but has decided he liked the life so much that they have gone on to a bigger vessel
The main double cabin is amidships and has wardrobe and a dressing table. It is a clean tidy and very restful space with plenty of storage.
The aft cabin has been made into a bright day room or second lounge but retains its storge from when it was used as a bedroom. As this is essentially a square open space the a bed or beds could easily be placed in there should your requirement.
What the current owner has done i think works very well with the the boats layout
The lounge/saloon offers "L" shaped seating with the option of a further double if required when converted by pulling the main seat section out
She has a BSC until January 2027. She has also had a recent hot water calorifier and immersion heater. The heating is diesel fired blown warm air.
The previous owner has had her repainted externally and this makes her look quite nice and she has a good forward canopy that extends the boat's use, and area. This is a vertical style canopy which delivers far more usable space than a sloped type
Her extensive galley to port has lots of storage and worktop space a full size cooker fridge, sink drainer and microwave.
The good sized heads and shower are to starboard and are clean and tidy with electric flush toilet to holding tank
She can sleep in her current layout and her mooring may be available at the quiet village of Loddon. She has one fridge and a separate freezer fitted, plus the added benefit of full shore power and warm air heating.
She has a large picture windows and a large opening roof hatch.
Her BMC diesel engine appears to start readily and run nicely
Her Broads toll is paid to march 2027
