Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to offer this Highly capable Boston Whaler Offshore 27 sport fisher. She was owned by a local business man who only used her a couple of times before parking her inside a hangar and then never used her again. He has unfortunately passed away and the boat is being sold by the estate. As the boat has been inside and stored in dry conditions she is pretty good but is in need of a heavy deep clean. In the video I advise the boat will need servicing and recommissioning. The engines have just be recommissioned and fully serviced and run up at NorthStar marine engineers in Lowestoft so this has now been completed and they start and run nicely.
The domestic and other systems on the boat have not been checked as the batteries are long since dead and will need replacing. However she looks like she is all there and would very likely just power up with new batteries. The boat will require the cuddy cabin to be washed and cleaned and or the fabric wall linings be replaced as due to sitting for so long black mould has heavily marked the grey fabric. Due to being inside and also no power for lighting the interior pictures are heavily compromised on this listing. The Boston Whaler brand build very fast solid and capable fishing focused boats and this offshore 27 is no exception. She has twin live wells either side and a prep and gutting station behind the large wheelhouse. The forward deck has a moulded in seat bench forward of the wheel house. all the seating cushions are stored inside the cuddy at this time. The wheelhouse has large bench seating and a full instrumentation suite for the Yamaha engines and also a very complete navigation package fitted. The boat is currently stored on a large twin axle braked trailer that has been used to take the boat to and return from the marine engineers some 10 miles away from its storage location to recommission the engines and this is included in the sale.
If you are looking for what will be a very fast and capable offshore fisher then this represents a great opportunity to acquire a well known and well fitted boat that should just need some batteries and a good clean up.
