Broker's Comments

This 2012 Beneteau Swift Trawler 34 Fly is an very clean and tidy, well-maintained, and well-equipped example of Beneteau’s semi-planing trawler: economical displacement speeds for range with higher upper end speeds when needed.

Equipped with a single Cummins QSB5.9 425 HO (~750 hours). With trim tabs she has a top speed of around 20 knots. Oil coolers and the aftercooler were reconditioned in late 2024. Max Power bow and stern thrusters at both helms simplify close quarters handling.

Board from the teak swim platform or through the starboard side-deck door in the bulwark. The teak cockpit is fully covered and closes up with the included enclosure. A nearly full-width sliding glass door opens the salon to the cockpit when weather allows.

The U-shaped galley is to port (double stainless sink, two-burner propane cooktop, convection microwave oven, refrigerator) opposite a double-wide lower helm with a sliding door onto the covered starboard side deck. The salon futon converts to a double berth. Forward is a centerline owner’s berth; the port guest cabin is setup with bunk beds. Headroom is 6'5" in the salon and galley.

The flybridge has a second helm, L-shaped seating and table under a bimini. An AB 9AL RIB (2017) with a 2024 Mercury 9.9 launches from a davit. Sunpads are included for the foredeck. The deep cockpit lazarette holds the Cummins Onan 6 kW genset (~400 hours), systems, and storage.

Standout equipment on this boat:
*Dual Raymarine Axiom Pro 12 RVX displays with Quantum 2 Doppler radar
*Raymarine AIS 700, dual ST70 autopilot controls, and Ray240 VHF Radio
*Two reverse-cycle units for heating and cooling
*All batteries (AGM) replaced in 2024
*Electric windlass with Lewmar 15 kg claw anchor

This is a compact couple-friendly cruiser that sleeps six, can cruise efficiently, yet has the speed when you need it. She is suited for cruising the Puget Sound and beyond, or even the Great Loop.
