Motor is a current generation Yamaha 9.9 HP 4T with tiller arm. It is mounted on a kicker plate that is retractable for sailing. Hours are unknown, however it appears lightly used.
The companionway stairs swing away and offer access to a 12v/20amp Sterling Power-Pro Charge Ultra smart charger and access to the stand alone Firefly 12v 116 AH house battery. There is also access to a Victron battery monitor, 2 - 12v DC chargers, and the DC control panel. Separate engine start battery.

This vessel has a length overall of 28 ft for moorage purposes.
She is powered by a modern, healthy Yamaha 9.9 hp. outboard. The motor has a 3 gallon poly gas tank in the aft section of the cockpit, that can be easily stowed away when sailing.
A 20 gallon plastic water tank is mounted below, and aft of the companionway.
Hull is very heavily laid fiberglass as decks and cabin. Gelcoat is in excellent condition. Keel is lead ballasted.

On deck you will find clean and uncluttered surfaces. The non skid and gelcoat is clean and crisp. Her main mast is deck stepped and shows no corrosion. The headsail is managed with a nice Harken Cruising furler. All deck gear is strongly bedded. There are no signs of stress apparent.
Running rigging is led into the cockpit via 2 Spinlock clutches. There are also 2 Lewmar winches on port and starboard cockpit combings.
Within the cockpit is the tiller to transom hung rudder. Teak grating on the floor allows water passage to the large scuppers.
There are 2 large combing hatches and stern covey.
The starboard combing hatch allows access to the West Marine 12v-AGM starter battery as well as the 20 gallon plastic fresh water tank, with plenty of room left over for storing fenders and other deck gear. The port side coming hatch allows similar access to utilities although it is primarily for storage.
The teak trimmed companionway is large and slides forward to allow stable access below. There are handholds on either side as you descend. She is an easy boat to move around on.
Below decks spaces are nicely outfitted with rich teak joinery.
All cabinetry and trim is fiddled and nicely proportioned. The light from the companionway, ports and a large overhead hatch make this area well ventilated and bright.
For navigation there is a Richie compass and coms, a Standard Horizon Explorer VHF radio within easy reach.
The galley is located to starboard side just forward of the companionway ladder. Clean and uncluttered counter space is a premium. As with the rest of the vessel, there are many options for storage. Within the counter top, you will find an Origio 3000 two-burner alcohol stove for cooking underway or at anchor. There is a nice size stainless steel sink and foot pump faucet just aft. Custom cutting boards for food prep are integrated and removable to access the sink and the stovetop.
The head is located opposite the galley on the port side. The current owner has installed new "Air Head" composting toilet. The head also offers more storage options and cabinetry.
The main salon is roomy and extends forward into a large, open V- Berth. Main cabin headroom is just over 6.2 in. Settees in the saloon offers comfort while on either tack. The upholstery is clean and thickly padded. There is also a clever, retractable table that slides out and around the compression post. Both settees are large enough for adults over 6' and are used as single berths underway.

This 2-owner Allegra is in outstanding condition. Her interior very clean and unmolested, and a new owner has room to expand and outfit her to their desired level of performance.

This Allegra 24 would be perfect for the adventurous solo sailer or a couple w/ small family.
She is easily handled and stable in a seaway. Her hull design is praised for its tracking ability and ability to hold speed.
