Broker's Comments

This Peter Nichols Tug Style 67ft Trad Stern has plenty of scope as a live aboard or cruiser with plenty of space and she feels very roomy in the saloon. She had a good survey in 2012 and the hull had lost minimal depth at that time. She could do with a fettle, the top decking needs re-painting where the old treadmaster has been removed and she was blacked 2 years ago. BSC until 2020. The mooring could be available by separate negotiation with the marina.

The old toilet has been removed and the owner was going to modify the layout and fit the new Thetford but this has not yet been done.
